The founder of Three Rivers Solutions, Martin Hand, spent 12 years working for
two of managed care's leading software vendors - Sungard Workflow Solutions'
MACESS Corporation and CSC's Health Care Division.
In his 6 years with MACESS, his responsibilities included assisting in the development of the system implementation methodology used to successfully implement over 100 clients, implementing I-MAX in over 20 client sites, management of two implementation support departments, and managing product direction within the development department. This experience included on-site consulting and implementation services for over 20 MCOs. MACESS' I-MAX system has been the industry's leading imaging software since its creation in 1990.
In his 6 years with CSC, Martin's responsibilities included software development, product support, and systems implementation consulting services. He was one of the original developers of their signature product, POWERmhs. His experience with CSC Healthcare Systems included on-site consulting and implementation services for over 20 MCOs.
Martin
has provided consulting services and implementation management for start-up
companies as well as for organizations with millions of covered lives. The

These companies include HMO, PPO, POS, TPA, ASO, indemnity, worker's comp,

responsibilities with these companies have resulted in improvements in both
concrete and intangible areas. For example, management of one area resulted in
a 50% reduction in development backlog as well as an increase in departmental
morale.
